Joining PMA is quick and easy! Two simple steps are necessary. First, fill out an application. Two methods are available for submitting your application. (1) Fill out an online PMA Application Form and hit the send button or (2) Print out the PMA Application Form, fill it in and mail it to us at the address on the form. Second, select your method of payment from the two choices below.

1. Dues Withholding: ($3.50 per pay period)
PMA has dues withholding agreements with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Federal Aviation Administration. If you are with an agency with which PMA has a dues withholding agreement, you may fill out the Form 1187 "Request for Payroll Deduction", print it out, sign it and fax it to us at 202.874.1739.

2. Annual Dues: ($91.00 per year)
If you wish to pay annually, please send a check or money order for $91.00 to Professional Managers Association, PO Box 77235, Washington, DC 20013.
